A design-build initiative spanning more 50,000 sf, the Fort Hill Natural Gas project entailed building an open warehouse, office spaces, a breakroom, a second-floor mezzanine, men’s and women’s locker rooms, a vehicle service bay, truck wash bay, and open truck bays. The project also included the installation of a pipe rack located adjacent to the new facility as well as a material storage area and a large block retaining wall.
